Summary
iFix Gadgets Ltd provides a 6 to 12-month warranty on most repairs (duration depends on the warranty provided by our replacement parts supplier), or a 3-month warranty on microsoldering repairs. Our warranty covers both replacement parts and labour for the specified period. This document explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to make a warranty claim.

iFix Gadgets Ltd operates across three locations in the UK:
- Guildford Store: 64 High St, Guildford, GU1 3ES, United Kingdom
- Bedford Store — Harpur Centre: Unit 9, Harpur Centre, Horne Ln, Bedford, MK40 1TJ, United Kingdom
- Bedford Store — High Street: 61 High St, Bedford, MK40 1RZ, United Kingdom
All locations follow the same warranty policy and honour repairs performed at any of our stores. Your warranty is valid at all iFix Gadgets Ltd locations, regardless of where your device was originally repaired.
What Our Warranty Covers
Parts and Labour
Our warranty covers both the replacement parts used in your repair and the labour required to fit them. If a covered part fails during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Specific Repair Only
The warranty applies only to the specific component that was repaired or replaced. For example, if we replace your screen, the warranty covers issues with that screen but not unrelated problems with your battery, charging port, or other components.
Multiple Repair Attempts
If we are unable to resolve the same issue after three repair attempts, we will offer a full refund of the original repair cost.

The warranty period starts from the date we inform you that your device has been repaired and is ready for collection or dispatch.
Important Limitations
Physical Damage
The warranty is void if there is any physical damage to the repaired component or device after the repair has been completed. This includes cracked screens, dents, water damage, or any other accidental damage sustained after collection.
Post-Repair Testing
We test all devices thoroughly before and after every repair. If you notice any issues unrelated to the repair, please notify us within 3 days of collecting or receiving your device. After this period, we will only be responsible for the specific component that was repaired.
Immediate Reporting
If you notice any issues with the repair — such as loose fittings or functionality problems — you must notify us immediately. Continued use of a device with known issues may cause further damage and will void the warranty.
Screen Protectors
Screen protectors and tempered glass are not covered by our warranty. While they provide additional protection, they do not guarantee your screen will not break if the device is dropped.
Warranty Voiding
Your warranty will be voided if:
- The device is opened or tampered with by yourself or another repair provider after our repair
- Physical or liquid damage occurs after the repair
- The device has been misused or subjected to abnormal conditions
- Issues arise that are unrelated to the original repair
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage to any part of the device after repair
- Liquid or water damage occurring after repair
- Screen protectors and tempered glass
- Software issues after the 1-week confirmation period
- Data recovery services after confirmation of recovered files
- Travel or shipping costs (except as specified below)
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Damage caused by use of non-iFix Gadgets Ltd parts or third-party repairs after our service
How to Claim Warranty Service
For In-Store Repairs
- Contact us by phone or email to describe the issue
- We will schedule an appointment at a convenient location
- Most warranty repairs are completed the same day
- You can visit any of our three locations for warranty service, regardless of where the original repair was carried out
For Mail-In Repairs
- Contact us first to describe the issue and obtain a return authorisation
- Send your device along with your order number (return shipping to us is at your cost)
- We will repair your device within 5 working days of receiving it
- We will return your repaired device to you at our cost
Note: If you report an issue within 5 days of receiving your repaired device back, we will cover your return shipping costs in full.
For Courier-Collected Devices
- Contact us to arrange a collection
- You will need to cover the courier cost to return the device to us
- We will return the repaired device to you at our cost upon completion
